When we began this journey, we expected that the proceeds from selling our home and most of our possessions would carry us through to Washington, D.C. However, a series of unfortunate - and sometimes bizarre - problems saw our funds depleted by the time we reached Missouri. It was only through the generosity of gracious people like yourself that we were able to complete the trip to Washington together, and we are extremely grateful. Now that we have arrived, our need to sustain ourselves through the next chapter of our journey continues, so your support is as vital to us as ever. MEETING WITH YOUR GROUP
As Jonna and I spend our time between now and mid September banging on doors on Capitol Hill, we are also planning the next phase of our work. We don't know exactly where life is taking us next, but we do know that we want to continue to try to make a difference. With our clergy background, we are both competent public speakers, able to inform and motivate audiences, and will be happy to meet with and speak to any group that is interested in hearing us. If you are interested in having us meet with your group or organization, please let us know.
